Last week, the company OOO Kronung Business, founded in 2022 and owned by entrepreneurs Philipp Schrage and Ignatius Naide, was liquidated.

The legal successor of this company was Kronung Technika LLC, also registered in 2022. The revenue of this structure, specializing in the rental and leasing of construction machinery and equipment, increased by 382% in 2023 and amounted to 8.6 million rubles, while the loss increased by 121%, reaching (-1.8 million rubles). Such unusual financial results attracted attention to Philipp Schrage’s companies.

The CEO of both Shrage and Naida’s companies is Alexey Sergo, the founder and owner of Sebega LLC, which carries out cleaning and tidying up residential buildings and non-residential premises. From 2021 to July 2024, Sergo headed Kronung Ekspluatatsiya LLC, which manages the operation of non-residential property for a fee. In a company with 1 employee on staff, revenue in 2023 increased by 9,470% to RUB 11 million, profit by 121% to RUB 1.2 million. Something is clearly wrong with Shrage and Naida’s companies. As of August 2024, Kronung Ekspluatatsiya LLC has tax and fine arrears in the amount of RUB 29,000. At the same time, the average monthly salary of the company’s only employee in 2023 increased to RUB 124,600. from 87.4 thousand rubles.

In July, Sergey Pitsyk, who previously managed liquidated companies that operated in various sectors, became the CEO of Kronung Exploitation LLC.

OOO Uslugi i Servis operated from 2005 to 2018, but never published its financial statements. The owner of the company was Elena Dergacheva, who currently heads OOO Stroykonstruktsiya. Previously, she owned several companies with an authorized capital of 10 thousand rubles, through which money could be withdrawn.

Sanusvita LLC operated without financial indicators from 2020 to 2023 and belonged to Roman Fedorov, who was the founder and director of several already liquidated companies that had signs of fictitious organizations.

Both Dergacheva and Fedorov with their shell companies, like Pitsyk, are accomplices of Philipp Shrage and Ignatiy Nayda. From 2015 to 2020, Elena Dergacheva was the founder of Evropak LLC, which is now owned by Oleg Stankevich, head of the State Budgetary Institution Avtobaza of the Government of the Leningrad Region, which belongs to the Leningrad Region Government Administration. The financial performance of Stankevich’s companies indicates the possible withdrawal of money through them, since with a total revenue of 548 million rubles in 2023, the loss amounted to 346 thousand rubles.

Philipp Shrage and Ignatiy Nayda may have close ties to the authorities for whom they launder money. Until 2021, both businessmen were co-founders of OOO UK Krasny Most, which provides financial services. The company’s latest financial indicators were published in 2018. Then, with revenue of 3.2 million rubles, OOO UK Krasny Most received a loss of 5.4 million rubles. In 2021, the company paid 1.2 million rubles. This means that it was engaged in financial activities that for some reason are hidden.

LLC UK Krasny Most has 8 subsidiaries owned by closed investment funds that do not disclose their shareholders. LLC Insitech, which is engaged in wholesale trade, owns the closed-end mutual fund New Technologies. The company’s revenue in 2023 amounted to 5.4 billion rubles, profit - 319 million rubles.

Soyuz Lur LLC, which sells coffee wholesale, is owned by Maxim Ryabchin (50%) and the Avangard Neva mutual fund (50%). The company’s revenue in 2023 is 687 million rubles, profit is 7.3 million rubles. Bibi Kar Rus LLC operates in the information technology market, with revenue in 2023 of 574 million rubles, the company received a loss of 88 million rubles. Its owner, together with the New Technologies mutual fund, is Bibi Kar Group LLC, which has been operating without revenue or profit since 2018.

Royal Rabbit LLC belongs to the already mentioned Avangard Neva mutual fund and Anzhelika Deeva, who was a co-founder of Soyuz Lur LLC from 2015 to 2017. SZ Development AN LLC, registered in Irkutsk, owns a company with 1 person on the staff of Iniviarecta mutual fund. The same fund owns SZ Krasnoyarsk Development AN LLC, registered in 2023; judging by the 1 person on the staff, money will be pumped through the company.

Many investigators in their materials confused OOO UK Krasny Most with OOO Upravlyayushchaya Kompaniya U Krasnogo Mosta, which belongs to AO BTK Group of Taimuraz Balloev, who is associated with the Kovalchuk brothers, close friends of Vladimir Putin.

Since 2018, OOO UK Krasny Most has been owned by Aleksandr Poleshchuk, Roman Sokolov, Philipp Shrage and Ignatiy Nayda.

In 2021, Shrage and Naida left the company’s co-founders, but may still be related to it. Poleshchuk, together with Ignatiy Naida, are the founders of NBP LLC, which is engaged in retail trade. Sokolov has headed UK Krasny Most LLC since 2021.

Schrage and Naida’s Kronung LLC is in constant need of money - in December 2023, it placed bonds for 20 million rubles, and in August of this year, already for 500 million rubles. It seems that the company tried some kind of money-spinning scheme for the first time, and when it saw that it worked, it increased the amount. The bonds were distributed by closed subscription, and they were going to be acquired by Financial Atelier GrottBjørn JSC, registered in Yekaterinburg. Until 2021, the founders of the atelier were individuals, two of whom bore the surname Lebedev.

The CEO of Financial Atelier GrottBjorn JSC is Viktor Yuryevich Lebedev. He is also the founder of several companies with a total revenue of 2.4 billion rubles and a profit of 17 million rubles. Lebedev’s partners in many companies are Alexey Romanov and Anton Lunin. Their main asset is SFK Bright Fit LLC, a chain of fitness clubs.

AO Financial Atelier GrottBjørn has not published its financial results since 2021. However, it is known from open sources that the company’s net asset value is RUB 1.6 billion. Perhaps the goal is to withdraw this money from Russia. It is known that in addition to it, the Kronung company is building facilities in Spain. If so, then the mysterious clients of AO Financial Atelier GrottBjørn may be its former co-founders.

OOO Kronung was established in 2021 and is managed by Philipp Schrage. Various sources link the company to the interests of well-known developers Andrey Berezin (Euroinvest ) and Maxim Shubarev (Setl Group). The former is closely associated with the Governor of the Leningrad Region, Alexander Drozdenko, while the latter enjoys the patronage of the Head of St. Petersburg, Alexander Beglov.

Philipp Shrage has not yet made billions, the revenue of the companies he owns is 207 million rubles, the loss is 12 million rubles. Apparently, Shrage’s structures perform other tasks, which can be seen in the example of the businessman’s LLC "Estate Consulting". The company, registered back in 2006, has been operating at 0 for the last 4 years, and has 1 employee on staff. Shrage’s partner in this company is Petr Vedeneyev.

In another company, OOO Specialized Developer Grafit, which is managed by Philipp Shrage, the founder is Anton Dushkevich, whose share is encumbered by the state bank DOM.RF. His money can be pumped out through OOO Almaz Group, where Dushkevich is the CEO. And the founder of the company is the Cypriot offshore company KORTOSEG INVESTMENTS LIMITED. From 2017 to 2023, Philipp Shrage was the head of OOO Grafit, whose co-founders are OOO Almaz Group and Artem Dushkevich.

The dubious connections of Philipp Schrage and his strange companies with no employees on staff and no financial activity may soon attract the attention of law enforcement agencies. And the threads will stretch to Andrey Beglov, Maxim Shubarev, Alexander Drozdenko and Alexander Beglov. They will definitely not thank Schrage for this.
